How Do I Lease A Townhome?
How do I turn in a maintenance request?
Please go to your tenant portal and turn in a request under the Maintenance Request tab. You can also call 918-739-4747 to speak to a customer service agent.
Where are you located?
We are located on Historic Rt. 66 in Catoosa, just 3 miles from the interstate.
What is your pet policy?
We are pet friendly! We welcome pets over one year old that fall within our breed restrictions. For the safety of all tenants, pets are required to be on leashes when outside and each pet owner is responsible for picking up after his or her pet.
What do I need to have with me on my move in date?
At move in you will need a full month’s rent and any remaining required deposits and fees. You will also be asked to provide your account numbers for the utilities, showing they have been transferred.
What are the qualifications to live here?
A qualified applicant must have a clean background (no felonies), verifiable good rental history, verifiable income of 3x the rent. Credit scores and rental history will be used in determining your security deposit.
What kind of deposit will I owe?
On average, security deposits are equal to one month’s rent. Deposits are determined by rental history and credit scores.
What utilities are tenants responsible for?
Tenants pay their own utilities which include electricity, water and trash. There is no gas utility.
Do the townhomes have fenced yards?
Each property has a front and back yard spaces, however individual units are not privately fenced.
